Starter Vape Kit drop shipping setup overview
Ordering starter vape kit is not difficult. Ordering starter vape kit that sell through without a return queue behind them is the part most buyers underestimate, and it is where we spend our time. We supply B2B buyers in European and North American markets with core lines that turn over predictably, and we keep the specification list short enough for your team to actually manage.

How the price is actually built
There is no shortage of suppliers quoting starter vape kit. The scarce thing is a supplier who will tell you which SKU to drop. We have been shipping starter vape kits long enough to know that the honest answer is usually a shorter list, and that is the answer we give.
We publish a realistic band of 2.84 to 8.47 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
A landed cost sheet for starter vape kit has five lines: unit price, packaging, freight, duty and the cost of defects. Quoting only the first line is how buyers end up surprised at the fourth.
Where defects actually come from
A 0.5 percent defect rate sounds excellent until it lands on a 600 unit order and you are handling three returns in a week. We quote realistic rates per category and we credit in advance for the known failure modes.
Leak complaints almost always trace back to one of three things: an over-torqued centre post, a seal that sat in a hot container, or a fill volume pushed past the design limit. We cap fill volume slightly below maximum for exactly that reason.
Sell-through notes for the shop floor
Counter space is finite. Three well-chosen SKUs outsell nine crowded ones, and the empty space signals a curated range rather than a clearance table.
Staff knowledge converts better than any poster. If your team can explain the difference between two coils in one sentence, the step-up SKU sells itself.
- Consolidated or split shipping, quoted both ways
- Private label files archived for future rebrands
- Reference sample retained from every batch
- Artwork proof plus physical dummy for custom packaging
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
- Batch codes traceable from carton back to production date
Support that answers the question
We keep the specification sheet for every order on file. Two years later, when a customer asks whether a pod is compatible, the answer is a lookup rather than a guess.
For private label accounts we hold the artwork files and the approval record. Rebranding a line eighteen months later is then a file update instead of a redesign.

Frequently asked
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
What is the minimum order for starter vape kit?
Standard configurations start at 50 units per SKU, with mixed SKUs allowed inside the same carton. Custom colours, custom packaging or a private label run usually start at 200 units because of setup time on the line.
